Corvid's $30 Million Campus Expansion in Mooresville, NC
17 September 2024
Corvid Technologies is thrilled to announce a $30 million campus expansion in Mooresville, NC. As the company continues to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions, Corvid has evolved from physics-based modeling and design, prototyping, and testing, into the manufacture, integration, and qualification of complex flight and ground systems at both classified and unclassified levels.

In response to Corvid’s expanding capabilities and rising demand, a new 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility has been added to the campus. This facility plays a crucial role in advancing Corvid’s mission to create a vibrant engineering hub, where research, development, design, and manufacturing come together in one innovative space.

Corvid’s investment in this new facility goes beyond construction. It also brings 54 new jobs to the area, with wages that exceed the county average, contributing to the local economy and workforce development.

Construction Progress
The project is advancing steadily, with footings poured, structural steel erected, and precast panels installed, forming the facility’s exterior. Site work continues to prepare the site for full-scale operations. The facility remains on track to be occupied by December 2024.
