Corvid engineers have contributed to the Corvette Racing program since 2001. Their collaboration with Pratt & Miller has yielded substantial improvements to the aerodynamics of the Corvette C5-R, which won its class in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2001, 2002, and 2004, and ended its career with an undefeated season in 2004. Corvid currently provides computational support to Pratt & Miller’s development efforts for the new Corvette C6.R, which finished its 2005 inaugural season with 10 class victories in 11 starts, including another 1-2 finish in GT1 at Le Mans. |
